Postion	Description	Reports To
Head Greeter & Inviter	As each new member joins CK, the head Greeter and Inviter needs to co-ordinate their team to welcome them to the group. The Head Greeter & inviter also need to ensure that each member of their group invites the minimum number of members to the group each month. This role takes approx 1 hour per week	Diana
Quilt & Stamp Club	The head of the Quilt and Stamp Club sets the monthly assignment, ensures each member of the group completes it on time and to the required standard. This group is also about learning so we require a person with not only great graphic skills but the ability to teach others. This role takes approx 1 hour per week	Felisa
Amusement Centre	The aim of the Amusement Centre is to have a variety of games and activities for all members of the group , so this role requires someone with graphic skills and an imagination. The members of the group will be able to help create the activites so we are looking for someone to co-ordinate this group, make suggestions and be able to create new games each month. This role takes approx 1 hour per week, with the busiest week being the first week of the each month.	Diana
Care & Hug Group	This group is an as needed group, so the Head of this group needs to be extremly flexible, have great graphic skills and be able to co-ordinate the members of the group to have things done quickly and on time. Members will be able to request pages for other members of the group in times of celebrations, anniversarys and in times of need. The role takes an estimated 1 hour per week, but this will vary	Felisa
Birthday Club	The head of the Birthday Club, needs to co-ordinate the members to help create special pages for each member as they celebrate their birthday, non members of this group and also contribute. An awsome graphic ability is required for this position. The leader also needs to organise the members of the group to visit each members website if they have one, to wish them a happy birthday. This role takes approx 1 hour per week, depending on the number of birthdays	Felisa
WebTown	We have several positions at WebTown Mayor of Ajana - Postion Filled - this role takes approx 30 minutes each day and up to 2 hours on the weekend. Requirements are - Welcoming new members updating scores daily update rosters maintain team pages create games and activities encourage team members create weekly awards. Minimum age 18 Strong HTML and the ability to make graphics Mayor of Merredin - Postion Filled - this role takes approx 30 minutes each day and up to 2 hours on the weekend. Requirements are - Welcoming new members updating scores daily update rosters maintain team pages create games and activities encourage team members create weekly awards. Minimum age 18 Strong HTML and the ability to make graphics Head Town Crier - this role takes approx 1 hour each week.
