The Comittees Welcome to the Coffee Klutch Comittee page! When joining CK, you need to also join a group, participation is varied for each group and there are plenty to choose from, so read all the descriptions below and choose the one that suits you the best. When you complete the join page, simply put which committee you want to join, and you can join more then 1 if you would like to For the groups that require your graphics ability, we are prepared to help you learn so even if you are just starting out we will help you. Quilt & Stamp We will have a monthly Quilt and stamp books, so the purpose of this group is to make items for this. There will be a monthly competition for the members of this group, as well as the chance to make items for other members There will also be special stamps & squares to collect, including unique one of a kind, limited edition and personalised. Greeters and Inviters The purpose of this committee is to invite people to join this group as well as to make the newest members feel right at home straight away. The requirements for this group is to invite at least 1 person per week, either by email or visiting websites. Not all members have to have a website so iviting members without one is just as encouraged. Welcoming the new members would only take no more then 30 minutes a week. Care & Hug The purpose of this committee is to help fellow members when they need it most, both in celebrating and when they need cheering up. The aim of this group is to make gifts and tags for fellow members on an as needed basis. Birthday Club Every member has a birthday and the purpose of this committee is to help each member celebrate, creating gifts and making pages to help display these gifts, not into graphics but would like to help out, we are always after things like poetry and short stories as well that can be personalised. Amusement Centre Do you like creating games and activities for other people, this this is the committee for you. For the Amusement Centre we need people that can create games of all sorts, these are required once a month only.
