The Coffee Klutch was created by Diana and Felisa in about 2007 as a part of the WebTown website competition, it was
startedas a friendship group as a way to make new friends, swap stories, jokes and recipes and also to request extra votes at
WebTown. There were also regular chats as well as activities and games.
In 2009 Diana and Felisa made the decision that we would swap the roles of the two groups and that the Coffee Klutch would become
the main focus and WebTown would become a part of this.
The main reason for this was due to the fact that the number of people with personal websites was decreasing, so our prospective members were
also decreasing, by changing the focus, members no longer need to have a website in order to join the group.
Our hope is that CK will grow to be the wonderful friendship group that we feel it can be and that we get to meet some wonderful new people and make
some wonderful new friendships.
